Investigate The Civilian Party. What are some of their policies?
Declare New Zealand’s independence from Hamilton. 
Establish a space program, and become the first nation in Australasia to send a man to the moon; not to explore it, just someone we don’t like.
You want to set up a political party in this coming election. How do you do that?
  1. An acceptable party name (and any abbreviation).
  2. Satisfactory evidence of at least 500 eligible members.
  3. Statutory declarations from its party secretary concerning membership, intention to contest general elections and advising of any component parties.
  4. Party membership rules showing what is required for current financial membership, and candidate selection rules which provide for the democratic involvement of members in the process.
  5. An auditor (or person who has agreed to be auditor when the party is registered).
  6. A party secretary with a postal address and contact details.
  7. Either the secretary, or a sitting MP who is a current financial member of the party, to make the application.
  8. $500 application fee.

Create a policy for
HEALTH : All medications is free fro children under 13 and all dentist visits are free for under 13 years.
EDUCATION : Only 20 people in each school class.
DEFENCE : Make defence classes free.
BUSINESS : Only big companies have to pay tax.
ELDERLY : All retirement homes are free for there 1st month.
ENVIRONMENT : NO smoking anywhere.
FOOD : Make all ice cream free and all fast food is illegal there are not allowed to be any fast food shops.
TEETH : Make all orthodontist visits free.
ANIMALS : No one is allowed to harm any animal.

  1. What an awesome party name! I really agree with your environment policy as smoking is really harmful to the environment and our bodies. I don't think the free ice-cream policy will work though as New Zealand is one of the top countries for obesity. This policy will lower the income for some major companies such as Tip-Top and Fonterra. Maybe think about food policies that can lower New Zealand's obesity level. Overall great work! You completed all the tasks at a good standard.
